East Suffolk Council has a number of strategies that outline the local authority’s approach to certain sectors or situations. These help us to define the actions we will take and what we are trying to achieve within East Suffolk and the wider area.
East Suffolk Economic Strategy
This strategy reflects the firm commitment of East Suffolk Council to the ongoing aim of enabling a vibrant local economy. This requires a very particular focus on our people, our places and our businesses.
East Suffolk Hydrogen Strategy
The Council’s vision is to establish East Suffolk as a nationally significant hub for the generation, distribution, innovation, and adoption of clean hydrogen as part of the collective ambition to achieve net zero by 2030.
